摘要
通过对南京农业大学工学院大学生职业生涯规划现状调研分析,能够发现大学生职业生涯规划存在学校层面有效支持不足、过程控制不足、学生认识仍需提高等问题。可以采取系统构建教育辅导体系、发挥学校教育的主导作用,强化学生的主体发展意识、激发个性化规划发展的内驱力、提高规划的执行力以及构建基于控制论思想的控制体系等策略提升大学生职业生涯规划效果。
A questionnaire survey on undergraduates＇ career planning in College of Engineering,Nanjing Agricultural University showed that their career planning was blemished by such problems as inadequacies in the support from university administration,process control and monitoring and students＇ awareness.The paper offered the following measures to improve the effect of students career planning：setting up an instructional system for career planning,strengthening the university administration involvement and control,raising students＇ awareness of self-accomplishment and self-realization,stimulating the motivation for individualistic development planning,enhancing the performance of planning and establishing a control system based the theory of cybernetics.
