摘要
本文分析了制度对于经济和社会发展的重要作用 ,并归纳出图书馆学之所以社会化程度不高 ,其重要原因就是缺乏制度的保障。通过对制度经济学中制度的认识 ,作者提出了一套促进我国图书馆学社会化的制度保障体系。
This paper bases on the institution,Athuor analyses the importance of economy and society of institution and comes a conchusion that Library Science can't go into the soeiety commonly mostly because of the lack of institution system.In the cnd of this paper,the author put up with an institution system according to the dnowledge comes from Institution Economics.
