摘要
论文以南京图书馆电子阅览室为例,从功能多样化、服务人性化、活动层次化三个方面探讨如何提升公共图书馆电子阅览室的读者服务工作,并提出今后发展的若干思考。
This paper takes electronic reading room of Nanjing Library as an example, discusses how to promote the services of readers of the electronic reading room of public library from three respects, that is function diversification, service humanization and activity level. It also proposes a great inspiration of future development.
