摘要
针对我国氮肥UGI型固定床层造气炉运行的现状,依据造气过程放热和吸热循环平衡的原则,开发了增氧间歇式气化生产合成氨原料气技术.应用结果表明,该技术节省了造气过程的煤耗,优化了吹风、制气等过程的时间,增加了半水煤气的产量,减少了CO2硫化物的排放.
According to the balance principle of the circulation of the heat absorption and release in the process of gas generation,we develop a new technique which generates the synthesis gas by using the application of intermittent gasification and oxygen enrichment.The result of applying the technique shows that the application of the technique has a series of advantages such as reducing the coal consumption in the process of the gas generation,the optimization of the time in the process of blowing and manufacturing,increasing the yield of semi-water gas,and decreasing the emission of carbon dioxide and sulfide.
