摘要
目的探讨赛肤润治疗静脉滴注氯化钾注射液外渗所致的局部皮肤损害的效果,以减轻患者痛苦。方法对2009年6月至2010年12月间30例应用氯化钾静脉滴注所致药物外渗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,红、肿、疼痛面积1×2cm^6×15cm的新鲜渗出。观察组予赛肤润1~2滴涂擦、按摩(沿静脉穿刺点环形走向),3~5次/天,连续应用5~7天。对照组予传统的局部封闭方法:用2%利多卡因加生理盐水(按1:4的比例)作为封闭液在肿胀区外缘做多点环形封闭,操作时严格执行无菌原则,后期处理一般用50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果红、肿、疼痛面积较前减少。结论赛肤润治疗氯化钾药物所致外渗疗效好、操作简单、患者易于接受、价格适中值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Saifurun treating the skin lesions caused by drug extravasation of intravenous dripping potassium chloride injection in order to reduce the suffering of patients. Methods 30 cases were collected between June 2009-December 2010,who suffering from drug extravasation due to intravenous application of potassium chloride.They were randomly divided into two groups：the control group and treatment group.Treatment site were selected with the skin of red, swollen, painful area of 1×2cm^6×15cm of fresh extravasation.The treatment group were smeared and massaged 1 to 2 drops of Saifurun （around the vein puncture）, 3 to 5 times/d, continuous application of 5 to 7 days.Control group were treatment with traditional method of partial closure,which use 2% lidocaine plus normal saline （14 ratio）as blocking fluid to do multi-ring closure in the swelling area.Sterile operation were strictly kepped and post-processing generally were hydropathic compressed with 50% magnesium sulfate.Results The red, swollen, painful area of wound of treatment group was less than control group.Conclusion The application of Saifurun treating the drug extravasation of intravenous dripping potassium chloride is effective, simple, easily accepted by patients and affordable.It＇s worth to spread and applicate in clinic.
