摘要
目的:观察半夏泻心汤治疗艾滋病相关腹泻的临床疗效。方法:对70例确诊为艾滋病相关腹泻的患者,运用经方半夏泻心汤口服或灌肠治疗。结果:14 d后腹泻消失者32例,腹泻次数明显减少者29例,腹泻次数无明显变化9例,有效率为87.1%。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗艾滋病相关腹泻具有良好疗效,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treating AIDS-related diarrhea.Methods： 70 patients diagnosed as AIDS-related diarrhea were given the oral administration of Banxia Xiexin Decoction or enema treatment.Results： 14 days later,the diarrhea disappeared in 32 cases,diarrhea was significantly improved in 29 cases and no significant changes were observed in 9 cases,accounting for 12.9% with an effective rate of 87.1%.Conclusion： Banxia Xiexin Decoction manifests good effect in the treatment of AIDS-related diarrhea,which is worth promotion and application in the clinic
