埃兹蛋白与肿瘤转移关系的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 转移是恶性肿瘤的主要生物学特征，是导致肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因。关于肿瘤的发生机制的研究已取得重大突破，但对于肿瘤细胞转移的具体机制仍不甚清楚。这篇综述的目的是提供一个已被证实参与肿瘤发生、转移的分子：埃兹（Ezrin）蛋白，作为埃兹蛋白／根蛋白／膜突蛋白（ezrin／radixin／moesin，ERM）蛋白家族的成员之一，是一种细胞膜与细胞骨架的连接蛋白，是将细胞外信号传递到骨架蛋白的重要联系分子，参与细胞黏附和运动，并参与细胞凋亡和吞噬。
