催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫过程中烯烃加氢饱和反应动力学研究 被引量:17

摘要 在中型试验装置上考察催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫过程中烯烃加氢饱和反应动力学行为。结果表明,在催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫过程中,不同碳数烯烃的加氢饱和反应速率常数随碳数的增加而下降。在同一反应条件下,不同碳数烯烃的加氢饱和率随碳数的增加呈先降低后上升的趋势。总烯烃、直链烯烃、支链烯烃和环烯烃的加氢饱和反应均可以按照1级反应来处理。直链烯烃与支链烯烃的加氢饱和反应速率常数大于环烯烃。与支链烯烃相比,直链烯烃反应速率常数对温度变化更敏感。 The kinetics of olefin saturation during selective hydrodesulfurization of FCC naphtha was studied by a pilot plant device. The results showed that the reaction rate constant of olefin hydro-saturation decreases with the increase of olefin's carbon number. Under the same reaction conditions, the saturation rate of olefin decreases with the carbon number firstly, then trends to increase. The hydro-saturation reactions of total olefin, linear olefin,branched olefin and cyclic olefin all belong to one order reaction. The hydro-saturation reaction rate constants of linear olefin and branched olefin are greater than that of cyclic olefin, besides, as compare with branched olefin the reaction rate constant of linear olefin is more sensitive to temperature.
