妊娠滋养细胞疾病诊治中的问题与对策 被引量：12

Problems and countermeasures during diagnosis and treatment of gestational trophoblastic disease

摘要 妊娠滋养细胞疾病（getational trophoblastic disease，GTD），是指胚胎的滋养细胞发生异常增殖而形成的疾病。滋养细胞疾病包括：葡萄胎，侵蚀性葡萄胎，绒毛膜癌及中间型滋养细胞肿瘤。虽然随着化疗药物的发展与有效应用，其治疗效果达到了非常满意的程度，但在临床实际工作中仍存在一些亟待解决的诊断与治疗问题，值得引起妇产科医师的重视。
