摘要
目的探讨急性弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)患者的临床特点、诊断及救治经验。方法回顾性分析2007-01～2010-05 35例DIC患者的原发病因、临床表现及实验室检查。结果 22例抢救成功,13例患者死亡。不同原发病的患者发生DIC的临床表现不同。结论处理原发病因是抢救成功的关键,密切观察DIC 诊断指标,早发现、早治疗,对患者的综合治疗十分重要。
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and the experiences of diagnosis and treatment of disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC）. Methods Clinical and laboratory data of 35 patients with DIC in our hospital from January 2007 to May 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 35 patients with DIC,22 patients were cured,13 patients died. The patients with different primary disease had different clinical characteristics. Conclusion The treatment for primary disease is the key to successful therapy; early detecting DIC routine indices and early treating are very important for managing the patients with DIC through integrated therapy.
