摘要
目的掌握急性弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)临床特点及诊治原则。方法通过分析20例DIC临床资料及实验室检查结果,以各参数指标确定诊断标准。结果20例中,12例经相关治疗后治愈,8例死亡。结论对于DIC病例应按临床诊断标准争取早期确诊,即时行抗凝治疗,大部分病例可治愈。
Objective To master the clinical characteristics and diagnosis treatment principle. Methods The clinical materials and lab of 20 cases DIC patient were analyzed to obtain the diagnosis. Results 12 cases were cured after treatment and 8 cases died. Conclusion The early diagnosis should be obtained according to the standard and anti - coagulation treatment should be taken. Most cases could be cured.
