摘要
在客观评价了河北省农林科学院滨海农业研究所人才资源现状的基础上,从该单位面临的特殊历史机遇与严峻挑战以及特殊的发展阶段、发展规划、特殊区位需求等方面阐明了其未来10 a的人才需求,并提出了规划目标和实现目标的保障措施。为该单位实现"十二五"总体规划,更加充分合理地利用自然资源优势、区位优势以及科技资源力量,达到持续发展提供了强有力的人才保障理论。
The present status of talent resources in the Institute of Coastal Agriculture,Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences was evaluated objectively.The talent demand in the following ten years was clarified from several aspects such as historical opportunities,severe challenges,and special development stage,development planning and location needs,and the planning target and the safeguard measures were proposed in order to provide the powerful talent guarantee theory for realizing the the Twelfth Five-year Plan,making full use of the natural resources and location advantages and science and technology resources,and achieving the sustainable development.
