摘要
为了解决生产中大卷装量、程序控制成形捻线机工艺参数的设置问题,通过剖析影响成纱质量的内在因素,揭示彼此间的内在联系,理论推导BNZ系列玻纤捻线机工艺参数推算方法,给出一个合理的选择范围。经过实验验证,可指导捻线工序的实际应用。
For setting process parameters for program-controlled twisters producing big yarn packages,a method for calculating process parameters for BNZ series glass fiber twisters was deduced theoretically by analyzing the inherent factors affecting yarn quality and clarifying their internal relations,resulting in a reasonable range of parameters for selection. This method has been proved by experiment to be applicable to actual twisting operation.
