电子纱恒张力捻线工艺研究 被引量:2

Study on Constant Tension Twisting Technology of Electronic Yarn

摘要 为降低电子纱捻线断头率、减少电子纱毛羽,通过研究电子纱捻线的工艺原理,根据管纱直径的变化规律,对锭速实行分段线性降速控制,可使尼龙钩转速基本恒定,从而实现捻线全过程张力基本恒定。在Volkmann玻纤捻线机和Verdol玻纤捻线机上进行恒张力工艺实验,同时使用Tensometric高精度张力传感器和数据记录仪测试并记录全过程的动态张力。实验结果表明,恒张力工艺与恒锭速工艺相比,张力不匀率由7%降低至1%,捻线断头率由3%降低至2%,长毛羽减少20%,短毛羽减少25%。恒张力捻线工艺可以解决传统恒锭速或加速工艺中,张力波动大、断头率高、毛羽多、管纱内外层硬度不一致等问题,提高电子纱质量及后道产品的稳定性,每年可为电子纱企业避免数百吨的产品损耗。 A constant tension twisting technology has been developed in order to meet the demand of reducing the twisting breakage rate and the fuzz of electronic yarn.The spindle speed could be controlled by piecewise linear deceleration according to the changing law of bobbin yarn diameter,based on the twisting principle of electronic yarn.As a result,the rotation speed of nylon hook and the tension in the whole process would be basically constant.The method were carried out on both Volkmann and Verdol glass fiber twisters.With a Tensometric high precision tension sensor and a data recorder,the dynamic tension data was recorded during the whole process of twisting.The experiment results have shown that the tension unevenness rate decreases from 7% to 1%,the yarn breakage rate in twisting decreases from 3% to 2%,the long fuzz decreases by 20%,and the short fuzz decreases by 25%,compared with the constant spindle speed technology.The constant tension twisting technology could solve the problems of large tension fluctuation,high breakage rate,more fuzz and inconsistent hardness between inner and outer layers of the bobbin yarn in the traditional constant or accelerating spindle speed technologies.The quality of electronic yarn and the stability of subsequent products could be improved,and hundreds of tons of product loss could be avoided for electronic yarn factories every year.
