经椎弓根短节段固定结合伤椎椎弓根植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折 被引量:1

摘要 胸腰椎骨折是骨科临床比较常见的疾病,经椎弓根短节段内固定系统治疗严重胸腰椎压缩骨折、胸腰椎爆裂骨折近年来在我国已广泛开展。笔者对24例胸腰椎骨折患者在经后路短节段椎弓根钉系统撑开复位的同时,经伤椎椎弓根进行人工骨颗粒混合自体髂骨骨泥椎体内植骨,中远期临床观察疗效满意。
