基于Ansys的桥梁检测车关键件可靠性分析

摘要 分析了桥梁检测车上部结构受力状况,选择平行板作为关键件,对其受力状态进行等效平移及简化处理,并基于Ansys软件,对平行板进行静力学和疲劳可靠性分析。结果表明,平行板不同部位安全系数分布不均,整体可靠性低。指出了构件的易损部位,并提出改进措施,对提高构件的可靠度及新零件的设计有一定的参考意义。 The paper analyzes force status of the upper structure of bridge detecting vehicle,applies the equivalent translation and simplification to the force status by taking the parallel plate as the key part,and conducts static and fatigue reliability analysis on parallel plate with the Ansys software.The results show that the safety factors in different parts of the parallel plates are unevenly distributed,and the overall reliability is low.Then the paper indicates the vulnerable parts of the component and proposes improvement measures,offering certain reference significance for component reliability improvement and new part design.
