摘要
桥梁检测车是检测桥梁的重要检测工具。为了了解桥梁检测车的结构组成及检测臂的工作过程,用Pro/E 3.0的实体建模功能对检测车各个结构进行了三维建模,同时对建立的零件模型进行了虚拟装配及装配体干涉检查;在Pro/E的运动仿真模块中对检测车检测桁架的工作过程进行了运动仿真。从建立的模型中可以直观的了解到检测车主要结构的连接关系;而运动仿真结果则直观的显示了检测车的实际工作过程,对桥梁检测车的结构设计及装配具有参考意义。
Bridge inspection vehicle is an important testing tool for bridge. In order to understand inspection vehicle's structure component and the detection arm working process, inspection vehicle's structures 3D modeling were established by Pro/E 3.0, assembly modeling and interference were analysis at the same time. Its detection truss motion simulation was estabiished in Pro/E 3.0 motion simulation module. The main structure's connections of the inspection vehicle can be understood from the establishment of the model, motion simulation results visual display inspection vehicle actual working process, which provides a reference for its structure design and assembly.
