摘要
目的探讨铁超负荷在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎发病中的作用。方法将36只SD健康雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、高铁模型组。实验的第12周末处死大鼠,检测血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、转氨酶(ALT、AST),观察肝匀浆铁含量和肝组织病理学改变的特点。结果模型对照组各项指标较正常对照组明显升高;高铁模型组较模型对照组明显升高。肝脏病理学切片示:模型对照组和高铁模型组均可见到脂肪变性和炎细胞浸润。高铁模型组炎症活动计分明显高于模型对照组。结论铁超负荷在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎发生过程中起到重要作用。
Objective To explore the role of iron overload in non-alcoholic stetohepatitis(NASH) progression.Methods 36 SD male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the normal control group,the model control group,and the iron overload model group.The rats were used to examine serum cholesterol(TG),triglyceride(TC),transaminase,hepatic homogenate iron content and the liver tissue disease changes in the characteristics of science.Results Compared to the normal control group,serum TG,TC,ALT,AST and Liver homogenate of iron content in the model group increased significantly,and the results of the iron overload model group were obviously higher than that of the model group.Steatosis and inflammatory cell infiltration could be seen in the model control group and the iron overload model group.The scores of the inflammation in the iron overload group were significantly higher than those of the model group.Conclusion Iron overload plays an important role in the process of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis development.
