摘要
目的探讨曲美他嗪在治疗冠心病伴心力衰竭中的临床疗效。方法将120例冠心病伴心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和用曲美他嗪治疗组。比较2组治疗前后心功能、BNP水平、LVEF和LVEDD,以6个月为期。结果 2组治疗后BNP降低、LVEF增加、LVEDD缩小,且治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪安全有效,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective Explore trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease heart failure in clinical curative effect.Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment with trimetazidine group.Compared between the two groups after treatment BNP levels, cardiac function,and LVEDD to LVEF for six months.Results The two groups after treating BNP is reduced,and the LVEDD narrowing, adding,LVEF and curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy plus trimetazidine safe and effective and is worthy of promotion and application.
