冷冻干燥法茶多酚微胶囊的制备及其在烟用复合咀棒中的应用研究 被引量:12

Studies on Freeze Drying Microencapsulation Technology of Tea Polyphenols and Its Antioxidative Effect

摘要 介绍了冷冻干燥法制备茶多酚微胶囊,并对茶多酚微胶囊的抗氧化特性进行了研究。通过对微胶囊制备工艺参数的研究得出较优的参数条件:芯材与壁材比例1∶5、均质压力60MPa、均质时间6min、真空度80KPa、冷冻温度-20℃、冷冻时间12min;在卷烟咀棒上的应用结果表明:含茶多酚0.02%微胶囊的咀棒,对卷烟产品香韵的功效最好。 This paper studied the freeze drying microencapsulation technology of tea polyphenols and its anti-oxidative effect.More appropriate technological conditions have been determined.Results show that the ration of internal to external capsule 1:5;the pressure of homogenization is 60 MPa;the time of homogenization is 6 min;the pressure of vacuum is 80 KPa;the chilling temperature is-20 ℃;the chilling time is 12 min.The antioxidant activity of microencapsulation tea polyphenols was studied and was compared with other antioxidants.
