摘要
随着金融机构经营机制和金融市场的发展,再贴现工具的功能和作用发生了相应的变化。本文通过对再贴现工具功能和作用的分析,对其功能定位进行进一步思考,提出下一步改进再贴现政策工具的建议。
As one of the three monetary policy tools of the central bank, rediscount policy has played an important role in adjusting credit structure and promoting economy developed coordinately. However, with the development of financial institutions＇ operating mechanism and financial market, rediscount tools＇ functions have taken place corresponding changes. Through analyzing to rediscount tools＇ functions, we re-think their position, and then put forward recommendations to improve discount tools for next step.
