国产奥司他韦治疗甲型H1N1流行性感冒临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究国产奥司他韦治疗甲型H1N1流行性感冒的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机对照方法,共治疗245例甲型H1N1流行性感冒患者,全部患者随机分2组,治疗组(123例,服用奥司他韦75mg,2次/d,共5d)及对照组(122例,不服用奥司他韦),两组同时给予双黄连注射液(3.6g,1次/d,共5d),比较两组患者的临床转归及血常规、尿常规和肝肾功能,以了解其疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗组和对照组的显效率分别为75.61%和9.84%(P<0.01),总有效率分别为95.12%和54.92%(P<0.01);退热时间治疗组(28.17±15.92)h,对照组(52.12±20.70)h(P<0.01);两组临床症状缓解时间有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组抗菌药物使用率及对乙酰氨基酚使用率均降低(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论国产奥司他韦用于治疗甲型H1N1流行性感冒,可以明显缩短疾病持续时间,快速缓解症状,且其安全、耐受性较好。 Objective Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza A(H1N1)virus infection.Methods A randomized and control clinical trial was conducted among 245 individuals with H1N1 virus infection.They were divided into two groups at random:oseltamivir group(123 cases,oseltamivir 75 mg,twice a day for 5 d)and control group(122 cases,no oseltamivir treatment).Both groups were intravenously given Double Rhizoma Coptidis Injection(3.6 g,once a day for 5 d).The clinical features and the disappearance time of their symptoms were observed,and the blood routine,urine routine as well as liver and kidney function were examined.Results 75.61% of patients in oseltamivir group showed a significant improvement versus 9.84% in control group(P 0.01).The effective rate was 95.12% in oseltamivir group versus 54.92% in control group(P〈0.01).The disappearance time of fever in oseltamivir group and control group was(28.67±15.92)h versus(52.12±20.70)h(P 0.01).The remission time in oseltamivir group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P〈0.01).The usage rates of antibiotics and paracetamol tablets were much less in oseltamivir group than those in control group(P〈0.05).No evident adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Oseltamivir is effective and of good tolerance in the treatment of influenza A(H1N1)virus infection.It can apparently reduce the duration and severity of influenzal symptoms.
