摘要
采用水产品中多氯联苯的固相微萃取-气相色谱分析方法,对萃取涂层、萃取时间、萃取温度和解析温度等条件进行优化。结果表明,选择PDMS-DVB型萃取头,在80℃下搅拌萃取40 min、260℃下解析5 min,方法的精密度在12.9%~17.5%之间,回收率在82.3%~112.4%。固相微萃取-气相色谱分析方法稳定性和重现性较好、操作简便。
A method for the determination of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in water products by SPME-GC was developed.Extraction conditions for SPME such as SPM E fibers,the extraction time,extraction temperature and desorption time were optimized.The established method was applied to the determination of PCBs in water products with the apparent recovery of 82.3%~112.4%,the relative standard deviation of 12.9%~17.5%.The results showed that the method was fast,sensitive and acurate.
