摘要
为进一步了解我国猪流感病毒(SIV)的流行现状,本研究于2012年10月至2013年12月从全国养猪重点省份的养殖场、屠宰场采集猪血清样品共计5 856份,以类禽型H1N1(EA H1N1)、2009甲型H1N1(pdm/09 H1N1)和H3N2亚型SIV 抗原作为标准抗原,采用血凝抑制(HI)试验方法进行抗体检测。结果显示,我国猪群中SIV抗体阳性率分别为55.52 %、13.92 %和2.00 %,其中EA H1N1 SIV抗体平均阳性率高于其它亚型。2013年1月和3月份,又集中在广东和湖南两个省份的部分养殖场和屠宰场采集猪血清样品共计9 910份,采用ELISA进行抗体检测。结果共检出阳性血清3 518份,平均阳性率分别为36.14 %和34.89 %。本实验结果表明2012年~2013年我国猪群中SIV感染比较普遍。
To investigate the prevalence situation of swine influenza virus (SIV) in China, a total of 5,856 swine serum samples were collected from pig farms and slaughterhouses in 16 provinces during Oct 2012 to Dec 2013 and tested by the HI tested using antigens prepared from the Eurasian avian-like H1N1 (EA H1N1), 2009 H1N1 pandemic (pdm/09 H1N1) and H3N2 subtype influenza viruses. Serological tests showed that the positive rates were 55.52% for EA H1N1, 13.92% for pdm/09 H1N1 and 2.00% for H3N2 subtype virus, respectively, which shown the EA H1N1 virus was the predominant subtype in these areas. In addition, during Jan and Mar 2013, 9,910 sera were sampled from Guangdong and Hunan provinces for antibody detection by ELISA test. A total of 3,518 positive samples were detected and the seropositive rates were 36.14% and 34.89%, respectively. These results indicated that SIV was widely prevalent in the swine population.
