摘要
热压罐时效成形技术是成形整体高筋壁板的有效方法。时效成形可改善合金的微观组织,提高材料成形性能。该文借助电子显微镜对2124-T851铝合金的无应力时效成形、有应力时效成形以及再次时效成形等多种状态的金相微观组织进行观察,并分别分析上述3种时效成形对金相结构的影响。试验结果表明,2124-T851铝合金材料经过再次时效后,晶粒发生高度再结晶,但再结晶不完全,晶粒形态不稳定;材料在一定的应力状态下时效成形后,晶粒形态也不稳定。
Autoclave age forming technique improving both the microstructure and formability of material,is an effective way to form integral panels with high ribs.Electron microscope was used to observe metallographic microstructure of 2124-T851 aluminum alloy in various states,such as age forming without stress,with stress,reforming etc.,for analyzing the effects of different age forming states on metallographic structure.Experiment results show that the grain is highly recrystallized after reforming,however recrytallization is incomplete and the grain structure is unstable while the grain structures of material are also unstable after age forming under certain stress states.
