摘要
模具是保证时效成形零件精度的重要因素之一。对时效成形模具的特点进行分析,提出时效成形模具设计流程以及主要内容,着重分析模架和型面以及型面过渡的设计。检测结果表明,该模具成形的零件精度在误差允许范围内。
Mold is one of the most important factors which guarantee the precision of the age forming part. The characteristics of age forming mold were analyzed, the design flow and design details of the age forming mold were presented, and the design of moldbase and molding surface and the transition region of molding surface was focused on. The test result shows that the parts precision is in the range of allowable error.
