摘要
目的观察顺阿曲库胺不同给药方式对正常家兔运动诱发电位的影响。方法选正常新西兰大白兔30只,随机分为3组,每组10只,分别经静脉给予顺阿曲库胺。A组为单次静脉注射0.08 mg/kg;B组分次静脉注射,第1次0.04 mg/kg,30 min后0.04 mg/kg;C组微量泵持续泵入0.06 mg/(kg.h)。分别记录给药前(T0)、给药后10 min(T1)、30 min(T2)、50 min(T3)、60 min(T4)和90 min(T5)时家兔下肢运动诱发电位。结果 A、B两组家兔于用药后10 min运动诱发电位潜伏期延长,波幅下降,直至消失,但A组于用药后50~60 min恢复,B组家兔直到实验结束均未记录到运动诱发电位;C组自始至终均成功记录到运动诱发电位。结论用微量泵持续静脉泵入顺阿曲库胺优于单次静脉注射,较易成功监测家兔运动诱发电位。
Objective To evaluate the effects of different methods of cis - atracurium administration on motor evoked potential (MEP) in rabbits. Methods Thirty normal New Zealand rabbits were randomized into 3 groups ( n = 10) according to administration of cis - atracurium: Group A ( bolus intravenous injection of 0. 08 mg/kg), Group B ( initial intravenous injection of 0. 04 mg/kg with another 0.04 mg/kg half an hour later), and Group C ( intravenous micro - pump by 0. 06 mg/kg·h). MEP in lower limb of each subject was recorded before administration ( T0 ), 10 min( T1 ), 30 min (T2 ), 50 min( T3 ), 60 min( T4 ) and 90 min( T5 ) alter administration. Results Although prolonged latency and amplitude reduction of MEP were observed in Group A and B, MEP recovery was revealed in Group A 50 - 60 min after administration. However, no recovery was found in Group B throughout the experiment. Meanwhile, MEP was integrated in Group C throughout the experiment. Conclusion Continuous intravenous micro - pump of eis - atracurium is superior to bolus injection in MEP monitoring of rabbits.
