摘要
目的：探讨超声刀在甲状腺功能亢进外科治疗行开放性双甲状腺次全切除术中应用的价值。方法：回顾性分析本科2003年5月～2011年3月间20例甲状腺功能亢进患者，应用超声刀行开放性双甲状腺次全切除术，术中出血情况和手术时间及术后并发症发生。结果：20例甲状腺功能亢进患者手术均顺利实施，术中无大出血，术后无声音嘶哑、饮水呛咳，无手足抽搐，无术后伤口出血、血肿等任何并发症发生。结论：在甲状腺功能亢进外科治疗行开放性甲状腺次全切除术术中，应用超声刀能简化手术步骤，缩减手术时间，出血及并发症少。
Objective： to study ultrasound knife in hyperthyroidism surgical treatment for thyroid function do open double thyroid times in total resection application value. Methods： a retrospective analysis of undergraduate course in May 2003 to March 2011 20 cases of thyroid function between patients with hyperthyroi-dism, application ultrasound knife line open double thyroid times, total resection intraoperatie bleeding condition and operation time and postoperative complications. Results： twenty patients with thyroid function hyperfunction patients are performed smoothly implemented, intraoperative and postoperative without massive choked voice hoarse cough, no drinking, no postoperative wound limbs tics, bleeding, hematoma any complications. Conclusion： surgical treatment for thyroid function in hyperthyroidism open thyroid times do intraoperatie total resection, application ultrasound knife can simplify the surgical procedure, Narrows the timing of the operation, bleeding and complicated.
