摘要
目的研究医用硅橡胶套管的口镜对口角黏膜的保护作用。方法分别选取来我院行上颌第二磨牙烤瓷冠修复的患者600名,实验组300名,对照组300名。实验组采用口镜柄套用医用硅橡胶材料的口镜,对照组之间采用常规口镜,术后第2天复诊检查口角黏膜损伤情况。结果采用改良口镜治疗的患者口角黏膜损伤仅占1.6%,而常规口镜治疗的黏膜损伤占5.3%,实验组和对照组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论口镜柄套有医用硅橡胶管可以有效保护口角黏膜。
Objective To sludy the protective effect of the materal of the dental reflector for oral mucosa. Methods 459 patients with 600 maxillary second molars were treated by PFM crowns . These crowns were divided into two groups randomly. Group 1 ： dental mirror handle with silicon rubber, Group 2 ： general dental mirror handle with no silicon rubber. The next day the doctors diagnosed patient＇ s oral mucosa. Results Group 1 ：the proportion of oral mucosa damage was l. 6 percent; Group 2 ：the proportion is 5.3 % percent. The resuhs showed that there were statistical differences between group 1 and group 2 （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The dental mirror handle with silicon rubber can decrease oral mucosa damage.
