摘要
目的比较泡沫吸附法与传统乙醇提取法提取穿山龙中薯蓣皂苷的工艺。方法提取总皂苷用中性氧化铝柱进行精制,洗脱液为甲醇-水(1∶1),以提取率、水溶性总皂苷含量等参数为考察指标对传统的乙醇提取与泡沫吸附法进行比较。结果泡沫吸附法测得含量为46.35%,乙醇提取法为43.07%;泡沫吸附法提取率为11.7%,乙醇提取法为10.2%。结论通过对含量、提取率的比较,泡沫吸附法相对于传统的乙醇提取的方法有一定的优势。
Objective To compare the extract technology of dioscin in Dioscorea nipponica by foam adsorptive process and traditional ethanol extraction method. Methods Dioscin was refined by neutral alumina column with the mobile phase of methanol:water( 1:1 ) ,took extraction rate and content as index to compare the advantages and disadvantages of foam adsorptive process and traditional ethanol extraction method. Results The content of foam adsorptive process was 46.35%, while ethanol extraction method was 43.07% ,and the extraction rate of foam adsorptive process was 11.7% ,while ethanol extraction method was 10. 2%. Conclusion According to content and extraction rate, foam adsorptive process had some ascendancies compared with ethanol extraction method.
