摘要
目的探讨注射用阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将我科收治的96例非淋菌性尿道炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,观察组给予注射用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,对照组给予阿奇霉素胶囊口服治疗,观察两组治疗临床效果、病原学清除情况及不良反应情况,并进行对比分析。结果观察组总有效为91.67%,明显高于对照组的72.92%,观察组CT+UU病原体转阴率及病原体总清除率均明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论注射用阿奇霉素静脉治疗非淋菌性尿道炎具有疗效好、病原体清除率高、毒副作用少等特点,是临床治疗由衣原体、支原体引起的非淋菌性尿道炎的一种较佳药物。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of injection azithromycin for non-gonococcal urethrifis. Methods 96 patients admitted to our department with non-gonococcal urethritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 48 cases in oath group. The observation group wore given intravenous injection of azithromycin, and the control group received oral treatment azithromycin capsules. Clinical effects were observed, and etiology and adverse reactions were clearly analyzed; Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%, significantly higher than 72.92% of the control group; CT＋UU negative rates of pathogens and total clearance rate of pathogen were significantly higher in the observation group than those in control group （P〈0.0S）; There was no significant difference of adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Cornpared with oral azithromycin, the intravenous injection of azithromycin has a better effect, higher viral clearance rate for treating non-gonocoecal urcthritis.
