神经生长因子结合手术治疗糖尿病性周围神经病60例报告

摘要 糖尿病性周围神经病(diabetic peripheral neu-ropathy,DPN)是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症,呈进行性发展,出现疼痛、麻木甚至溃疡、截肢,严重影响了糖尿病患者的生活质量。自1992年Aszmann OC等报道首次临床采用周围神经减压术治疗DPN患者,疗效优良。
