摘要
根据紧急停车系统的设计原则,以某石化公司硫磺回收装置的生产工艺及控制过程为基础和以提高系统安全可靠性为目的,设计基于PLC双重冗余的安全联锁停车系统,具体给出了ESD系统的硬件配置及CLAUS燃烧炉的ESD逻辑。
According to the principle of designing emergency shutdown device,the methods of improving ESD system reliability were proposed,and basing on the processing technique and the control process of the sulfur recovery unit in a petrochemical company,a PLC-based double redundancy safety interlock system was designed and both the ESD system hardware configuration and the interlocking shutdown design for CLAUSE sulfur burner were introduced.
