摘要
介绍了一种基于谱峭度和复平移Morlet小波的滚动轴承诊断包络分析法,该方法可根据谱峭度值自适应确定共振解调所用的带通滤波中心频率及带宽,使包络分析得到简化,但存在计算量大的不足。对此提出了一种改进的计算方法,该方法利用相邻不同级滤波器组中具有交叠频带的滤波器滤波和谱峭度计算结果的相关性,有效减少了实际需要构建的小波带通滤波器数量和相应的带通滤波、包络提取及谱峭度计算,降低了计算量,使该方法更适合于工程应用,仿真和实际测试验证了该方法的有效性。
An envelope analysis approach based on spectral kurtosis and complex shifted Morlet wavelet in the diagnostics of rolling bearings is introduced in this paper.Both the optimal center frequency and bandwidth of the band pass filter in envelope analysis can be obtained adaptively,which permits a simple implementation of the envelope analysis.However,the approach involves an intensive computing in filter banks design and filtering for envelope detection.To solve the problem,an improved computing scheme is presented.Through it,the total computation of band pass filter and spectral kurtosis for envelope detections can be reduced dramatically based on the relation of the filtering and results of the spectral kurtosis to filters with an overlap filtering frequency band at different filter banks.The present scheme makes the approach more suitable to applications.Simulation and test verify the validity of the present scheme positively.
