摘要
目的观察Meek微型皮片移植技术修复大面积深度烧伤创面的疗效,探讨其临床使用价值及应用前景。方法采用Meek微型皮片移植治疗112例大面积深度烧伤作为治疗组,传统小邮票皮片移植方法治疗106例大面积深度烧伤患者作为对照组,观察对比两组皮片的成活率、创面的愈合时间、手术时间、愈合后的瘢痕及功能恢复情况等。结果治疗组皮片成活率≥96%,对照组皮片成活率≥85%。治疗组各项观察指标同对照组相比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 Meek植皮方法可节省皮源、缩短手术时间、加快创面愈合、缩短病程和减轻愈合后的瘢痕。该手术方法操作简单,是大面积深度烧伤治疗中较理想的方法之一。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Meek micro-skin grafting in extensive deep burn wounds, to explore its clinical application value and application prospect. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of applying Micro-skin grafting to treat extensive deep burn served as treatment group, 106 cases of applying traditional stamp skin grafting to treat extensive deep burn as control group.The survival rate, wound healing time, operation time, scar after healing and functional recovery of two groups were obserued. Results The survival rate of treatment group was ≥96%; the survival rate of control group was ≥85%. Various outcome indicators showed obvious differences between the two groups (P0.01). Conclusions The Meek skin grafting method can save skin source, shorten operation time, speed up wound healing, cut down pathogenesis and relieve the scar after healing. The operation is easy to operate, is one of the reasonable methods for extensive deep burn treatment.
