摘要
针对螺栓预紧力对舰船设备力学特性影响研究较少的现象,以某舰用汽缸为例,研究螺栓预紧力对其力学特性的影响,对舰用汽缸在无螺栓预紧力和螺栓预紧力不同工况下进行对比,分析汽缸的变形和螺栓的强度。研究表明:为使舰用汽缸工作时发生较小相对位移,增强密封性能,在保证螺栓强度条件下应充分发挥螺栓预紧力作用,其预紧应力应控制在其材料屈服极限的45%~52%之间。
Since there are few researches on mechanical properties of ship equipment which are effected by bolt prepressing force,a ship cylinder is taken as an example to study on this problem.The cylinder deformation and bolt strength are analyzed based on the comparison between conditions with and without bolt prepressing force.The result shows that the bolt prepressing force should be controlled in material yield limit of 45% to 52% to make the case of minimal displacement and enhance the sealing performance of ship cylinder which gives full play to the role of bolt prepressing force in the condition of enough bolt strength.
