摘要 鉴于船用动力设备刚度性能研究较少的现象,采用数值仿真与试验方法,对某型船用主汽轮机汽缸刚度特性开展研究。研究表明,在静力载荷作用下,汽缸的位移变化集中在上下缸体连接处及前后轴承箱连接处,并随着载荷增加呈线性变化规律,越靠近连接部位变化越剧烈;下缸体出口气上沿及前后轴承座垂向位移变化较大,是影响汽缸静刚度的重要位置;对试验数据进行相似变换,可获得实际汽缸的各项参数。 In view of the phenomenon that few studies about the stiffness properties of marine power equipment is done,the research on cylinder stiffness characteristics of a marine propulsion steam turbine is carried out,with numerical simulation and test methods.The studies show that the displacement changes in static load which changes linearly with the load increase is concentrated in the cylinder block and down connections and connections around the bearing box.The closer to the joints,the larger displacement takes place.A large vertical displacement takes place along the exports of block down and the front and rear bearing which are the important positions where the cylinder static rigid is influenced.The actual available parameters of the cylinder can be obtained with the similarity transformations of test date.
