摘要
本实验分别在静态马弗炉中和高温悬浮炉中,煅烧石灰石,并测定煅烧产物的活性,然后将两种状态下的活性作了比较分析,结果表明在悬浮态炉中,在较低的温度,较短的时间内就能煅烧出新生态的氧化钙,并保持较好的活性。这对于在最佳的煅烧工况下,煅烧出高活性的新生态氧化钙,参与后续的固相反应是有重要作用的。
The experiments both in static Muffle furnace and suspended furnace were made. After the limestone was calcined under two conditions, the activity of decomposition products was determined and the results were compared and analyzed. The results show that the new-ecology CaO have high activity under lower temperature and a relative shorter time in the suspended furnace. The new-ecology CaO with high activity calcined in the best working condition is very useful for the following solid-state reaction.
