应用阿仑膦酸钠治疗股骨头缺血性坏死进展 被引量：2

摘要 股骨头缺血性坏死的本质是股骨头失去了血运。尽管人们对其病因、病理生理、治疗方法等方面进行了大量的研究，但是缺血性坏死仍是当今治疗的难题与争议的课题，有不少治疗中的问题尚待继续研究。目前还没有一种治疗方法能达到去除坏死骨、恢复关节功能的目的。没有哪一种技术能作为治疗的金标准适合治疗所有患者。
