针刀减压对股骨头缺血性坏死患者骨内压及氧自由基含量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨针刀治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的作用机制。方法检测针刀骨髓腔减压治疗股骨头缺血性坏死前后股骨头骨内压与氧自由基含量,并分析它们之间的变化关系。结果 20例患者总有效率为90.0%。治疗后骨内压显著下降,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高而丙二醛(MDA)含量明显降低(P<0.01)。患者治疗前后骨内压均与SOD呈负相关,与MDA呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论针刀治疗可以通过中断骨内高压与氧自由基损伤的恶性循环链条,减轻对股骨头的病理损害。 Objective To explore the action mechanism of acupotomy in treating avascular necrosis of femur head. Method Intraosseous pressure and content of oxygen-derived free radicals in femoral head were detected before and after decompression by acupotomy therapy, and the correlation among the changes of the indexes were analyzed. Result Of 20 patients, the total effective rate was 90.0%. After treatment, the intraosseous pressure decreased significantly, SOD activity increased significantly and MDA content was markedly lower (P〈 0.001). Both before and after treatment, intraosseous pressure had a negative correlation with SOD and had a positive correlation with MDA (P〈0.001). Conclusion Acupotomy therapy can reduce the pathological damage of femur head through blocking the vicious circle of intraosseous hypertension and damage of oxygen radicals.
