摘要
目的探讨两种采血方法在血常规检验中的临床应用结果的差异。方法随机选取参加体检的人员共60例,分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予末梢血采集,对照组给予静脉血采集,均用SYSMEXXS-800i血液分析仪测定血常规,并进行对比实验。结果两组白细胞、红细胞、红细胞比容、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、血红蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、血小板等结果进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同的采血方法产生的检测结果有很大差异性,应采用静脉血取代末梢血检测血常规。
Objective Discusses two kinds to pick the blood method in the routine blood test examination clinical practice result difference.Methods The stochastic selection attends the physical examination the personnel altogether 60 examples,divides into the observation group and control group each 40 examples,the observation group gives end blood gathering,the control group gives venous blood gathering,uses SYSMEX the XS-800i blood analyzer determination routine blood test,and carries on the contrast experiment.Results Two groups of white blood cells,the red blood cell,the red blood cell specific volume,average red blood cell results and so on hemoglobin content,hemoglobin,average red blood cell hemoglobin density,blood platelet carry on the comparison,the difference have statistics significance （P0.05）.Conclusion Different the examination result which picks the blood method to produce has the very big difference,should use the venous blood substitution end blood examination routine blood test.
