摘要
目的探讨氟喹诺酮类药物在临床应用中的一些不良反应,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法回顾性分析120例氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应情况。结果氟喹诺酮类药物不良反涉及7个品种,不良反应发生在身体各器官系统。主要表现为恶心、腹泻、头痛及失眠等症状,多数不良反应转归良好。结论临床应用氟喹诺酮类药物时,要严格掌握适应证和患者体质,合理用药,减轻不良反应的发生。
Objective Discusses fluoroquinolone kind of medicine to respond not good in clinical practice some that,provides the basis for the clinical reasonable medication.Methods The review analysis 120 example fluoroquinolone kind of medicine responds the situation not good.Results Fluoroquinolone kind of medicine is not good instead involves 7 varieties,responded not good occurs in the bodily various organs system.The main performance for disgusting,the diarrhea,the headache and loses sleep and so on the symptoms,most responded not good the extension turns over to good.Conclusion When clinical practice fluoroquinolone kind of medicine,must grasp the indication and the patient physique strictly,the reasonable medication,reduces the occurrence which responded not good.
