摘要
针对目前医院图书馆信息资源建设和管理中存在的经费投入、馆藏资源采集、人才、资源共享等问题,结合北京朝阳医院图书馆在加强信息资源建设和管理等方面所做出的努力,提出医院图书馆信息资源建设的对策和建议,包括科学合理地建设馆藏信息资源;重视图书馆人力资源管理,提高馆员素质;开展多形式的宣传工作;搭建数字化的平台,实现资源共建、共享等。
This article discussed the problems existing in the information resources management of hospital libraries including funding,resources gathering,personnel and resource sharing and proposed measures and suggestions such as building collections of information resources reasonably,improving the quality of librarians,carrying out various forms of publicity and building the digital platform to share information resources.
