摘要
信息时代第三资源的开发利用是国内外理论界长期研究探讨的重大理论和现实问题，图书馆是信息资源的集散中心，图书馆信息资源是第三资源的重要组成部分。本文针对信息时代网络环境对图书馆信息资源开发利用的影响、存在的问题、战略目标、座遵循的原则、形式和几个条件等方面加以分析研究，为同行们提供一点工作参考。
Exploration of the third resource is one important theoretical and practical problem in the world. Libraries as the information collection sites, their resource is one important part of the third resource. The article analyzes some questions related to the exploration of information resource in web environment, such as the influence of web environment to Libraries, problems in exploration, exploration strategy, principles should be followed, exploration model and requirement of exploration.
