摘要
门诊病历质量控制是提高门诊医疗水平、服务质量的重要环节。本文通过阐述口腔医疗专业的社会要求和医疗实践,对写好门诊病历的重要性从五个方面进行了分析和说明,以提高广大口腔医务工作者对写好门诊病历的认知。
