摘要
病案承载着医院的发展史,但目前病案信息利用较局限,随着计算机和网络技术在病案管理中的广泛应用,病案信息即从静态趋向动态,如何积极开发和利用病案资源,更好为医院管理、医、教、研、患者、医疗保险及社会服务,是新形势下每一个病案管理人员应该面对和重视的问题。
Medical Records carries the development history of hospital,but utilization of medical records information is limited at present,with extensive application of computer and network technology in the medical records management,medical records information changes from static to dynamic. How to actively develop and utilize medical records resources to better serve hospital management,medicine,teaching,research,patients,medical insurance and social services,which are problems worthy of face and attention by each medical records management staffs.
