摘要
目的加强病案首页信息录入的质量,为国家卫生改革和宏观管理决策提供准确的信息服务。方法运用"录前质控"核对、"录中即时"核对、"录后技巧"核对。结果弥补系统软件审核功能的局限性,提高了工作效率。结论正确运用病案首页核对方法,才能实现卫生信息资源可利用价值。
Objective To enhance the quality of entering the front sheet of medical records.Provide accurate information services for national health reform and macro-management decision-making.Methods Using methods of quality control before entering checking,immediately entering checking and techniques after entering checking.Results Compensate for the limitations of software auditing,improve the efficiency of work.Conclusion Achieve the available value of health information resources by using methods of the front sheet of medical records checking correctly.
