摘要
用岭南黄鸡B系、岭南黄鸡C系、“882”黄鸡S系三个优质黄羽肉鸡品系,组成包括纯繁在内的6个组合,以不完全双列杂交法测定了88日龄屠前活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、腹脂重、左胸肌重、左腿肌重7个屠体性状的杂种优势、纯繁效应、一般配合力、特殊配合力和母体效应。结果表明,快速型岭南黄鸡C系屠体性状的一般配合力高于优质型岭南黄鸡B系和“882”黄鸡S系。作为父系使用时,岭南黄鸡C系优于岭南黄鸡B系;作母系时,岭南黄鸡B系与“882”黄鸡S系差异不大,但岭南黄鸡B系沉积腹脂能力更强。而且,岭南黄鸡B系的母体效应相当明显。三个杂交组合中,C♂×B♀最优,C♂×S♀其次,而B♂×S♀的杂种优势和特殊配合力最低。
Six possible combinations including pure strain mating and cross mating were made among three YPMC strains,i.e. South-Mountain Yellow B Strain(SMYB),South-Moutain Yellow C Strain (SMYC)and“882”Yellow S Strain(882YS),to analyse the effects of heterosis,pure breeding,maternal effect,general and specific combining abilities of 7 carcass traits.The results showed that the general combining ability of SMYC was higher than that of SMYB and 882YS.Used as a paternal line,SMYC was more fitful than SMYB.The differences between SMYB and 882YS were not significant when they were used as maternal lines,but the deposition of abdominal fat in SMYB was easier than in 882YS.Moreover,the maternal effect of SMYB was significant.Among the three crosses,the combination SMYC × SMYB was the best one with the highest heterosis and the combination SMYB×882YS was the worst.
