摘要
21世纪前20年是我国科学技术发展的重要战略机遇期,我市卫生系统积极贯彻"科教兴市"战略,而医疗机构作为知识、技术、人才密集型单位,专利保护工作对其实现"科教兴院"目标至关重要。然而,目前医疗机构的专利保护仍是一个相对比较新的课题,专利工作的各环节薄弱,基层医疗机构的专利保护工作尤其不受到重视。如何加强基层医疗机构专利保护工作是亟待思考的问题。
As an important period for the development of science and technology in China, the first 20 years of this century will witness the implementation of the strategy of ＂ developing the municipality through science and education＂ lay the hy giene system of Shanghai. Knowledge - intensive, technology - intensive and labor - intensive institutions as the hospitals are, patent protection is of great importance in achieving the goal of ＂ developing the hospital through science and education＂. How ever, patent protection in medical institutions is still a relatively new issue, which needs to be improved on many levels, especially in grass - root hospitals. Thus, it is urgent to figure out what needs to be done to effectively enhance the patent protection in grass - root hospitals.
