科氏流量计应用于气液两相流测量的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以空气-水为介质,对科氏流量计应用于气液两相流双参数测量进行了实验研究。实验过程中保持液相流量一定,通过加入不同体积分数的空气来分析含气率对科氏流量计测量精度的影响,采用Weisman垂直上升管气液两相流流型图与实验数据进行了比较。结合实验结果,初步归纳出含气量、流型和科氏流量计测量精度之间的关系,总结出液相中含气影响科氏流量计测量精度的主要因素及其影响规律,为进一步研究科氏流量计气液两相流测量误差修正提供了一种技术方法。 Two parametric measurement of gas-liquid two-phase flow based on Coriolis mass flowmeter was studied.In the experiment,liquid flow was maintained at a fixed value,experimental data were collected under different gas void fraction.According to Weisman vertical upward gas-liquid flow pattern maps,the flow pattern of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the tube was analyzed.Combining with experimental results,the relationship among gas volume fraction,flow pattern and Coriolis flowmeter measurement accuracy was summed up,the main influence factor on the Coriolis flowmeter measurement accuracy due to the presence of aeration and its influence rules were summarized,which provided a new method for further study on gas-liquid two-phase flow measurement error correction using Coriolis flowmeter.
